Other than exercise, nutrition plays a big role in your fitness goals but not everyone can or want to adhere to a strict diet. Hence, we will teach you tips and tricks to get your eating habits on track.
We strongly believe in proper form before all else when it comes to training and injury prevention. Therefore, we will help you find out if you have any muscle imbalances, weaknesses or tightness from sitting in front of the computer all day during the training session and how to correct them through stretching and proper exercises.
